Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Crisply chocolaty, rich-toned. Dark chocolate, pomegranate, gently scorched oak, hazelnut, freesia in aroma and small cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; finish leads with notes of dark chocolate and pomegranate. Chocolaty-sweet in cappuccino format, supported by hazelnut and pomegranate notes.

Koffee Kool 002 (KK002) is the second proprietary blend recipe developed and owned by KFC China. The blend brings together several different grades of washed and natural Arabica coffees from four different origins. It is offered freshly ground and brewed as espresso, Americano and other espresso-based drinks at all KFC locations. KFC is the leading quick-service restaurant brand in China in terms of number of restaurants, having grown to over 6,700 locations in over 1,300 cities across China.
