Gently scorched oak, dark chocolate, prune, freesia-like flowers in aroma and cup. Bittersweet acidity; light but buoyant mouthfeel. A hint of chocolate survives in a rich though drying finish.
Evaluated as espresso. Richly pungent, intense. In the small cup dark chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, raisin, a hint of vanilla-like flowers. Lightly creamy mouthfeel. Chocolate carries into a rich though rather drying finish. In three parts milk displays a crisp, balanced chocolate nuanced with vanilla and a raisiny fruit.
