Blind Assessment
Citrus-toned, softly floral. Tangerine, chamomile, raw sugar, white pepper, almond in aroma and cup. Sweetly bright structure with crisp, refreshing acidity; full, silky-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is driven by notes of tangerine and almond.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of the Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). JBC Coffee Roasters’ vision is simple: “Let the coffee lead the way” through sourcing and roasting the best coffees available and rewarding the farmers who grow those coffees with substantial premiums. Bottom Line
This Mexico has a citrusy, sweetly herbaceous profile with bright tangerine notes complemented by gentle florals and a rounded almondy finish.
