Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, crisply chocolaty. Dark chocolate, date, magnolia, oak, a hint of marjoram in aroma and small cup. Satiny mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty finish. In cappuccino-scaled milk, deep chocolate notes are further animated, as are magnolia-like florals.

Notes

Produced by Carito Mejía of Finca Villa Clara from trees of the Caturra and Bourbon varieties of Arabica and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and flesh are removed from the beans before they are dried). CofFeeling Coffee is based in Kaohsiung City in southern Taiwan. Visit www.coffeelingcafe.com or call +886-7-285-5300 for more information.

Bottom Line

A classic Colombia coffee, deep-toned and chocolaty, roasted for espresso. Particularly floral and rich in milk.
