Origin: Boquete growing region, western Panama

Notes: Certified organically grown at Hacienda La Esperanza, a coffee farm owned by the Pretto family in the renowned Boquete growing region of Panama. The coffee contains Gesha, Caturra and Bourbon varieties of Arabica. Based in Central Florida, Coffee From Panama is an Internet based coffee retailer focusing on fine coffees from, of course, Panama. Blind Assessment: Sweet honey- and orange-toned aroma. An elegantly bright and fruity acidity points up delicate flavors of flowers, orange, cedar and tart berry. The lightly syrupy cup sweetens in the long finish.

Who should drink it: Ethereal acidity in a light-roasted, organically produced coffee.
