Blind Assessment: Crisp, richly honey-toned. Honey, prairie flowers, almond, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Gently brisk, delicate acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Rich, balanced, mildly drying finish.

Notes: Processed at Buenavista mill, an organic-certified central processing station in Caranavi Province, west-central Bolivia. Marcheur Roaster is a boutique roastery based in Taipei, Taiwan.
