Blind Assessment: Deep, sweet, fruit- and chocolate-toned aroma. In the cup silky mouthfeel, balanced acidity and a complex range of flavors that hint at citrus, blackberry, nut, molasses and more chocolate. The flavors simplify somewhat in finish, but remain sweet-toned.
