Who Should Drink It: I hunched over many Trieste cappuccini in my younger years. I was a bit reluctant to bring this coffee into the tasting for fear my sentimental favorite would disappoint. I'm happy to report it came out a little like Trieste regular Lawrence Ferlinghetti's poetry, bitter enough to avoid sentimentality but just sweet enough to please.
