Blind Assessment: Rather exotic, darkly floral notes (a publicist might call them chocolate) erupt in the rich fragrance and persist through the cup and into the long, firm finish. A fine coffee, from the deep-bottomed body to the elegant top notes.

Who Should Drink It: Everyone except latte freaks and dead palates. A good one to try out on someone who believes that they all taste the same. Drink it drip, but don't let it stew for more than a few seconds on the hot plate or you may miss the top notes.
