Reviews for Level Ground Trading
Evaluated as espresso. Intrigungly complex, balanced. Dark chocolate, molasses, cedar, narcissus, date in aroma and small cup. Satiny-smooth body; sweetly cocoa-toned finish. In three parts milk, floral and cocoa tones lead in the short, while hints of rich date resurface in the long.

Balanced, quietly complex. Roasted cacoa nib, lavender, fresh-cut cedar, blood orange in aroma and small cup. Plump, velvety mouthfeel. Hints of cacao-nib, lavender and cedar surface in a resonant finish. Crisply cocoa-and fruit-toned in three-parts milk.
Dark chocolate and aromatic wood with a hint of brightness in the aroma. In the small cup light-bodied but delicately plush in mouthfeel, pungently sweet, with continued hints of aromatic wood, dark chocolate, and a complex but muted fruit. The chocolate in particular carries into a rich, rather dry finish. Flavor maintains nicely in three parts hot milk, the chocolate rounding and softening predictably while the aromatic wood notes retain some crisp authority.
