Delicate, sweetly brisk. Strawberry, pecan, brown sugar, a hint of flowers in aroma and cup. Lightly crisp acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. Gently flavor-saturated in the short finish; drying in the long.
Notes
This coffee is from New Year’s Gift Estate, approximately 25 miles west of the town of Chipinge. The grading is done by bean size to the conventional East African standards of AA, AB and C, with the extra-large-bean screen 18-plus coffees being classified as AAA. Green Dragon Coffee is a small-batch roaster that guarantees each order will be roasted within 24 hours of placement. The company’s name comes from the Green Dragon Tavern in Boston, where the Boston Tea Party was planned. For more information, call 888-544-2392 or visit www.greendragonroasters.com.
Who Should Drink It
