Blind Assessment

Gently sweet-tart, nuanced and vibrant. White mulberry, honeysuckle, pistachio, cocoa nib, lemon balm in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with juicy acidity; plush, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of pistachio and cocoa nib with undertones of mulberry.

Produced by members of the GuKeng Farmers Association, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). GuKeng is a new label co-established by the GuKeng Farmers Association of Yunlin County and local coffee farmers.
