Blind Assessment
Crisp, lilting, lyric. Pear, cherry blossom, lavender, almond, a hint of sweet grapefruit in aroma and cup. Delicate, brisk acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Pear and flowers lead into a gentle, quietly rich finish.
