Blind Assessment

Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Crisply sweet-tart. Mulberry, fresh-cut oak, lemon thyme, carnation, brown sugar in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Wood-framed finish supported by notes of mulberry and brown sugar.

Produced by Kingsley Griffin of Kingha Estate, from trees of the SL28 and SL34 varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
