Blind Assessment: Balanced, bright, sweet-toned. Apricot, cocoa nib, lavender, maple syrup, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with vibrant, malic (apple-like) acidity; delicately satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of cocoa nib and lavender with undertones of maple syrup.
