Fruity and crisply chocolaty. Green banana, cane sugar, dark chocolate, cedar, cashew in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with sharp acidity; full, velvety mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of chocolate-toned banana and cashew.
