Blind Assessment

Crisply sweet, delicately tart. Dried red plum, cocoa nib, sweet lime, spruce, lemon balm in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish supported by notes of sweet lime and lemon balm.

Notes

Produced by Lin Congwei, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Teapot Coffee & Tea is the roastery and cafe owned by farmer Lin Congwei in Ruili Village that is committed to presenting the coffees of Alishan. Bottom Line

This Taiwan Geisha, roasted at origin, displays notes of dried stone fruit and cocoa nib with undertones of citrus and sweet herbs.
