Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Balanced, juicy, deep-toned. Black cherry, blueberry, dark chocolate, cedar, cashew in aroma and small cup. Viscous, satiny mouthfeel; crisply tart, chocolaty finish. In three parts milk, dark chocolate blooms and is supported by blueberry undertones.
