Blind Assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Deeply sweet, chocolate-toned. Chocolate fudge, pear, almond, scorched cedar, gardenia in aroma and small cup. Satiny-smooth mouthfeel; crisp, gently smoky finish with chocolate undertones. In three parts milk, chocolate fudge and almond harmonize with scorched cedar for a satisfying, complex milk shot.
Notes: An espresso blend comprised of a washed-process Kenya, two natural-processed Ethiopias, and a semi-washed or honey Colombia.
