Blind Assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Chocolaty and fruit-toned. Ripe blueberry, baking chocolate, gardenia, fir, caramel in aroma and small cup. Full, syrupy mouthfeel; gently drying, wood-framed finish. In three parts milk, balanced, chocolate-toned and fruity.
Notes: A blend comprised of a natural-processed Ethiopia and a washed-process Nicaragua, roasted for espresso applications. The Bottom Line: A half-natural, half-washed blend of coffees from Ethiopia and Nicaragua, respectively, that net a chocolaty, fruit-driven espresso.
