Blind Assessment

Delicately sweet, nutty. Caramel, honeysuckle, walnut, fir in aroma and cup. Juicy, rounded acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Graceful, sweet finish redolent of cacao nib in the short and walnut in the long.

Notes

This is a blend of coffee beans sourced from East Africa and Brazil. Dr. Danger Coffee was founded by Bob Arnot, MD, a veteran of relief work in Africa and a long-time health correspondent for NBC and CBS. Using liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis, the company strives to produce coffees with the highest possible health benefits by sourcing and roasting coffees with high levels of anti-inflammatory compounds. Visit www.drdangercoffee.com for more information.

Who Should Drink It

Those who appreciate a sweet, nut-toned coffee with caramel and quietly intricate floral complication.
