Dean & Deluca
|Roaster Location:||New York, New York|
|Coffee Origin:||Not disclosed|
|Review Date:||June 2003|
Blind Assessment: Balanced, mid-toned, gently roasty, with a hint of low-toned fruit. Agreeable, though rather inert.
Notes: Sold whole bean in 16-ounce sealed foil bag with one-way valve; $12.00/pound. Roasted by World of Coffee for Dean & Deluca, the celebrated chain of fine food stores. Visit
Who Should Drink It: A please-everyone coffee: roasty but not too roasty, with just enough acidity and nuance to keep it from falling into airline-coffee banality.
