Blind Assessment: Crisply sweet, quietly distinctive. Caramel, orange, vanilla, hazelnut in aroma and cup. Gently bright acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a clean, sweet finish.
Notes: This coffee is certified organically grown and Fair Trade certified, meaning it was purchased from the small-holding farmers of the COOPAC Cooperative at a "fair" or economically sustainable price. From trees of the Central African Mayaguez strain of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica.
