Blind Assessment:

Tart, honeyish, refreshing. Orange, honey, flowers, blackberry in aroma and cup. Round, resonant acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Long, flavor-saturated finish.


This coffee is Fair Trade certified, meaning it was purchased from small-holding farmers at a “fair” or economically sustainable price.
