Blind Assessment
Sweetly nut-toned. Roasted hazelnut, cedar, cocoa powder, date, magnolia in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with gentle acidity; velvety mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to cocoa-toned hazelnut.
