Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly tart, richly chocolaty. Baking chocolate, raspberry, frangipane, molasses, redwood in aroma and small cup. Plush, syrupy mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty finish. In three parts milk, chocolate and raspberry notes carry the day, with undertones of redwood.

A blend of washed and natural-processed coffees from Colombia, Costa Rica and Honduras, roasted for espresso applications. Side By Each Brewing Co. is a specialty roaster, craft brewery, kitchen, and community gathering space all under one roof in sunny Auburn, Maine. The company closed permanently in December 2024.
