Blind Assessment: Crisply sweet, delicate. Caramel, honey, orange zest, a hint of eucalyptus in aroma and cup. Gently tart acidity; light but buoyant mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a roundly sweet-toned finish.
Notes: Cenfrocafe is a large cooperative in the north of Peru with a total of over two-thousand members. It emphasizes organic growing practices and fair-trade principles, though no certifications appear on this bag. Sunergos Coffee is a three-location, in-store small-batch roasting company with both wholesale and café operations and a complementary interest in both community and quality. Visit
Who Should Drink It: In many respects a classic Peru: soft, buoyant, balanced.
