Blind Assessment: Sweetly crisp, pure, delicate. Red currant, bakers’ chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, hints of grapefruit and lily-like flowers in aroma and cup. Lightly expressed, gently bright acidity; light but very silky mouthfeel. Flavor carries almost intact into a resonantly sweet finish.

Established in 1999, the Cenfrocafe Cooperative is comprised of over 2000 farmers. Who Should Drink It: Those who enjoy poised delicacy and subtle complexity in a Fair Trade- and organic-certified coffee.
