Richly chocolaty, deep-toned. Dark chocolate, date, lilac, pink peppercorn, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; creamy-smooth mouthfeel. Chocolaty, floral-toned finish.

Produced by 13 smallholding farmers, from trees of the Typica, Catimor, Bourbon and Caturra varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
