Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Crisply floral and fruit-toned. Orange zest, baker’s chocolate, oak, a hint of honeysuckle-like flowers in aroma and small cup. Syrupy in texture though drying in mouthfeel; flavor consolidates but persists in a round, sweet, though quietly dry finish. Tart, fruity chocolate dominates in three parts milk.
