Blind Assessment: Richly nut- and floral-toned. Magnolia, hazelnut butter, baking chocolate, apricot, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with gentle, round acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of hazelnut butter and maple syrup with baking chocolate undertones.
Notes: Produced by the Kinne family from trees of the Bourbon and Typica varieties of Arabica and processed by the washed method. Lamppost Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster in Bonney Lake, Washington founded by Jeff and Valorie King. Visit www.lamppostcoffee.com for more information.
The Bottom Line: A sweetly nut-toned, inviting PNG cup.
