Blind Assessment

The aroma is subdued and gently roasty. Clear, dry, deep-toned chocolate-fruit notes carry from aroma through cup to a slightly bitter but rich finish.

Notes

Papua New Guinea, which occupies the eastern half of the enormous island of New Guinea, produces some of the world's finest and most distinctive coffees. Organically and shade grown. Who Should Drink It

Substantial body and a hint of dark-roast bite give the chocolate and fruit a pleasant after dinner authority.
