Blind Assessment
Fruit-forward, spicy-sweet. Ripe peach, pink peppercorn, lilac, chocolate fudge, almond in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; velvety mouthfeel. The sweet-toned finish is resonantly floral-toned, with supporting notes of stone fruit and chocolate.
Notes
This is a dry-processed or “natural” coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or “washed” coffees. Located in the San Francisco neighborhood of Inner Richmond, Turning Point not only provides uncompromising quality, but also a personal relationship with friends and neighbors. Bottom Line
An intense but balanced natural-processed Panama coffee, fruit-driven and deeply floral.
