Blind Assessment

Rich-toned, chocolaty, fruit-centered. Chocolate fudge, persimmon, magnolia, oak, molasses in aroma and cup. Sweet savory structure with balanced, vibrant acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of chocolate fudge and magnolia with undertones of oak.

Notes

Produced at the Janson Family Farm entirely of the big-beaned Pacamara variety of Arabica and processed by the natural, dried-in-the-whole-fruit, method. Prairie Lily is an artisan roaster based in Saskatchewan, Canada with a focus on quality sourcing and precise roasting that highlights the best qualities of each green coffee.
