This outstanding coffee was selected as the No. 25 coffee on Coffee Review’s list of the Top 30 Coffees of 2024. Produced at Hacienda La Esmeralda, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica (specifically, the Gigante lot located in Hacienda La Esmeralda's Cañas Verdes farm), and processed by a proprietary washed method that involves 72 hours of cold fermentation after de-pulping, then temperature- and humidity-controlled drying for 10 days.
