Our Coffee Barn
|Roaster Location:||Spring Valley, Wisconsin|
|Coffee Origin:||Boquete growing region, western Panama|
|Review Date:||September 2009|
Blind Assessment: Rich, deep aroma with pungent cedar-toned fruit notes: fig perhaps, or prune. In the cup quiet, balanced acidity, fullish body, continued mildly pungent, fig-like fruit notes that take on a dark chocolate character in the finish.
Notes: This coffee is from a farm called Baru Indian High in Panama's famous Boquete growing region. Our Coffee Barn is a small-batch wholesale and Internet retail roaster. Visit
Who Should Drink It: An aromatically simple but pleasingly deep and pungent version of the Panama profile.
