Blind Assessment
Fruit-toned, cocoa-driven. Lychee, cocoa powder, gardenia, fir, cashew in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with brisk acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Sweetly wood-framed finish with undertones of cocoa powder.
