Blind Assessment: Pungent, gently lively. Caramel, roasted cacao nib, flowers, raisin, a hint of fresh-cut pine in aroma and cup. Quiet, backgrounded acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The cacao nib and caramel round toward a distinct chocolate in a lightly resonant finish.
