Blind Assessment:

Aromatically intense and complex: layered notes of tart coffee fruit, flowers, toast, nut, honey. Bright acidity, silky mouthfeel with flavors dominated by orange and lemon citrus and complimented by softer floral and caramel tones. Some flavor carries into a rather short, dry finish.

Produced by farmer Pedro de Montana entirely from trees of the respected Typica variety of Arabica in Caranavi Province. Certified organically grown. 49th Parallel is a distinguished small-batch roasting company located in the Vancouver, Canada area that specializes in high-end single-origin and blended coffees, many sourced directly from origin. Who Should Drink It: Classic breakfast cup: brightly acidy, exhilaratingly aromatic. And it’s organic.
