Evaluated as espresso. Fir, almond, baker’s chocolate, white peppercorn, molasses in aroma and small cup. Satiny though slightly lean mouthfeel. Almond and chocolate dominate in a drying finish. Three parts milk sweetens the nut and chocolate, though the finish remains dry.
