Blind Assessment
Pungent, deep, rich: gently scorched cedar, dark chocolate, hints of plum and moist, freshly fallen leaves. Roast-muted acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Dark chocolate in particular lingers in a long, resonant finish.
