Blind Assessment: Extraordinary aroma: high-toned, delicate but intense, lilac and a chocolaty lemon. The chocolate-lemon and floral notes carry into the cup, but are backgrounded by a sweet but intense acidity. Clean, sweet finish.
Notes: A prize winner in the 2005 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence competition, where as a green (unroasted) coffee it placed 12th out of hundreds of entries, attracting a score of 86 from an international jury.
