Blind Assessment
Sweetly roast-toned, chocolaty. Cocoa powder, hazelnut, gardenia, date, fir in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; creamy, viscous mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned and floral finish.

A blend of two washed coffees, one from Colombia and one from Costa Rica. Side By Each Brewing Co. is a specialty roaster, craft brewery, kitchen, and community gathering space all under one roof in sunny Auburn, Maine. The company closed permanently in December 2024.
