Blind Assessment
Refined fruit-toned acidity points up flavors of ripe lemon, orange, honey and a toasty chocolate that becomes more pronounced in the finish. Syrupy mouthfeel, bright but balanced overall.

A blend of the top scoring lots from an annual competition that is open to coffee producers in the Monserrate community.
