Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Immense, sweet, lushly complex. Rich chocolate, pineapple, banana, cherry jam and floral notes in aroma and small cup. Light but smoothly syrupy mouthfeel; sweet, flavor-saturated finish. Flavor persists comprehensively in three parts milk with particularly pronounced floral tones.
