Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet-toned, delicately pungent. Honeysuckle, fresh-cut cedar, walnut, black currant in aroma and cup. Balanced, gently brisk acidity; silky mouthfeel. Hints of flavor carry into a sweetly balanced finish.
Notes
From trees of the heirloom Bourbon and Typica varieties; grown on Finca Santa Rosa in Chiapas State, Mexico. Beansmith Coffee is a small-batch roasting company serving the Omaha region that believes that coffee drinkers should know as much as they can about the coffee they drink, and that there is a story behind every cup, one worth exploring. Who Should Drink It
Classic Mexico: clean, softly bright, quietly complex, with a hint of the elegant dry berry note associated with the heirloom Bourbon variety.
