Blind Assessment
Quite sweet with a crisp, bitter/savory edge. Delicate. Hazelnut, fresh-cut fir, flowers, a hint of bay leaf in aroma and cup. Balanced, quiet acidity. Lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Flowers in particular carry into a delicately drying finish.
