Blind Assessment

Crisp, cocoa-toned nut and dark malted barley notes in aroma and cup. Smooth, balanced acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor carries nicely into a clean, sweet finish.

Notes

This coffee is both grown and roasted in Mexico. Finca Santa Maria is surrounded by old growth rainforest and is located in Juquila, a small community near Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, in the Sierra Madre. Visit www.cafejuquila.com or call 52-55-1999-5647 for more information.

Who Should Drink It

A traditional style Mexico coffee, balanced and chocolate-nut toned. Should satisfy those breakfast-cuppers who prefer round and caramelly to bright and fruit-toned.
