Blind Assessment

Roundly and sweetly pungent. Roasted cacao nib, narcissus-like flowers, almond butter, fig in aroma and cup. Crisp, lively acidity; silky, lightly drying mouthfeel. Cacao nib and flowers carry into a sweet-toned, gently dry finish.

Notes

Produced from trees of the heirloom Red Bourbon and traditional Typica varieties of Arabica by farmer Ben Argueta on his Finca El Zarzal. Path Coffee Roasters is a New York-based artisan micro-roaster committed to sourcing coffees that speak directly of the region they come from. Who Should Drink It

Those who enjoy crisply dry, spice- and floral-toned white table wines.
