Blind Assessment: Deeply sweet, subtly complex. Almond, mulberry, baker’s chocolate, cedar, a hint of wisteria-like flowers in aroma and cup. Quietly and gently bright acidity; light but silky, buoyant mouthfeel. Chocolate and almond in particular carry into a resonant finish.
Notes: A single-origin coffee sourced from the Echeverria family, which has been cultivating coffee since 1878. This shade-grown coffee is also UTZ-certified, certified organically grown and certified bird-friendly by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center.
